Job description:
- Perform the requirements gathering with customer.
- Perform analysis on customer requirements.
- Design and document the functional details.
- Provide consultancy on the system product. Training will be provided by Product Team to understand the reward system product.
- Perform configuration of the system based on input of functional details and business requirements.
- Develop the test scenarios and test scripts.
- Carry out the testing including the mobile application, web application and administration portal testing.
- Supporting the customer during the testing.
- Conduct the training to the customer.
- Perform the system functional maintenance support.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years working experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent position.
- Working Experience in Insurance Industry or Mobile Banking/Internet Banking/Rewards System/Loyalty System/Marketplace would be an added advantage.
- Good command of English, ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus point.
- Good interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work independently.
- Must be analytical and a problem-solver.
- Willing to travel and be based overseas if needed.
